The key will be left in your cottage on the table along with a welcome letter. The cottage door will be unlocked. Please leave your key in the same place when you check-out. It would be helpful for you to send a text or email to let us know you have vacated. In an emergency please text/call 07469693356 during your stay.

Each Bedroom:
Beds will be made up ready for your arrival (no feathers)
1 hairdryer
Welcome Cream Tea:
2 x Mini scones (per person)
Strawberry jam
Ivy House Farm clotted cream
Tea bags/Instant coffee/Sugar
Bottle of Ivy House Farm semi-skimmed milk (empties are returned please)
Swimming Pool:
Please bring your own swimming towels

The network is Church Farm, and the password is ‘7cottages’. 

Our pool is open for all guests to use during their stay from 8.00am to 8.00pm everyday during school holidays. During Term time our pool gets used by ‘Waterbabies’, so the pool is out of use for a few hours in the middle of the day (normally 9.30 am to 1.30 pm).

Rubbish and recycling is in the wooden enclosure at the top of the cottages parking.  Food waste bins and bags are provided in each cottage.  Kindly recycle as much as possible.  Please empty all bins before leaving Church Farm. 

We are pleased that our guests can now use our new Smart TV’s. If you wish to use Netflix or Amazon Prime then you need your own logins. They also have mainstream TV channels as well, if you do not have accounts with Netflix/Amazon Prime etc. Please note that the button to switch on the TV’s is on the back of the TV (slightly hidden). Then the rest can be done on the remote control

• Strip your linen in the bags provided on the back of bedroom doors (duvet cover, sheet, pillow cases)
• Please put the towels into the coloured washing bag
• Please leave the mattress and pillow protectors on the beds/pillows
• Empty your bins into the recycling area in the cottages car park
• Send a message (text or email) to let us know you have departed
